Shopee, one of Vietnam’s top e-commerce platforms, has announced updated fees for non-Shopee Mall sellers, effective July 1, 2025. The new structure is designed to increase transparency in fee collection and encourage sellers to optimize their business operations more effectively.

1. Voucher Xtra Service Fee
What is Voucher Xtra?
Voucher Xtra is a promotional program launched by Shopee to help sellers increase product visibility, attract more buyers, and boost sales. Sellers who join this program will receive support from Shopee to issue Voucher Xtra coupons and have their products featured in high-traffic areas such as the homepage, top categories, and major promotional campaigns.
Participating in Voucher Xtra gives sellers a better chance of reaching potential customers and improving conversion rates.
Applicable Service Fee
Shopee applies the following service fee for Voucher Xtra:

Example:
If you sell a product priced at VND 1,000,000, the service fee will be VND 30,000. For products priced at VND 2,000,000, the fee is capped at VND 50,000. This fee is only charged when the order is successfully delivered or refunded under eligible conditions.

A fixed fee is a percentage-based charge applied to each product sold, depending on the product category. This fee helps Shopee maintain platform operations and support services such as system infrastructure, customer service, and order processing.

Important Notes
- Fixed fees are calculated based on the product value and include VAT. They do not cover shipping or other charges payable to Shopee.
- Fees apply only to successfully delivered orders or those with approved refund requests (excluding “Item not received”).
- Fees are automatically deducted from each order before the sales proceeds are credited to the seller’s Shopee account.
Example:
If you sell a home cleaning product priced at VND 500,000, the fixed fee will be VND 47,500 (9.5 percent). The remaining amount will be transferred to your Shopee account after deduction.
