Job Description
- Manage and operate e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Tiki, with a focus on sales growth and business performance optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, revenue, ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and proactively propose optimization solutions
- Plan and execute sales campaigns (promotions, flash sales, marketing campaigns) for each platform
- Work closely with internal teams (Media, Design, Operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution and store operations
- Act as the main contact point for clients: provide performance updates, align on strategies, and propose growth plans
- Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with insights and action plans
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize overall strategy
Requirements
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret basic business data
- Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Good English communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency is an advantage
